Returns & Exchanges
We strongly advise you to be sure of your selection before placing an order with us. Because of health regulations when accepting returned goods, we are unable to accept products, which do not meet your expectations or simply not wanted due to 'Change of Mind’.
Sadly, we cannot guarantee that our items will please everyone; every body is different as is their pleasure preference.
We will only replace items, which are found to be faulty; an “exchange service” is not available because of the personal nature of our products.
If a product has a manufacturing defect, then you should return that product to us for a refund/online credit.
Please retain your product packaging for the duration on the warranty period, as returns can be processed much more efficiently when the original packaging is included!
To return a defective product and unless otherwise stated, you must return the product within 30 days of purchase.
If your item has arrived damaged, please contact us by emailing email@example.com and we will exchange the damaged items ASAP.
Please read through the following steps carefully if you wish to return goods to us.
- Complete the Express Returns Form below detailing your reasons for returning the product.
- Once our Customer Service team has received the form, they will be in contact to issue you with a 'Returns Authority' number.
- You are then requested to return the goods, along with the Returns Authority number the address provided by customer service.
